You’ll want to ‘cater’
to this extra revenue generator.
Comforting soul food like Lo-Lo’s was born to bring people together. It is meant to be enjoyed by friends and family, whether inside or outside of our restaurants. From the beginning, catering has been and continues to be a big part of the Lo-Lo’s business mix.
The ability to properly cater an event takes its fair share of practice – unless you’re a Lo-Lo’s franchisee – because we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
From the nuances in food prep (making larger portions of everything while maintaining taste and quality) to proper packaging and timely delivery, we’ll share the protocols we’ve developed over the years.
Hospitality still counts.
Just because catering gigs may take you out of your restaurant, it doesn’t mean you should be out of your element. Lo-Lo himself has catered countless events where he stays on site, chatting up the host and all of the guests. These events can be great networking and referral opportunities for your Lo-Lo’s restaurant.
And, talk about connecting with the right people…
The original LoLo’s location in Phoenix has been asked to cater home games for the Arizona Cardinals for a number of years. In fact, the team even flew Lo-Lo to Florida to prepare their pre-Super Bowl meal one year.
We encourage you to get involved with your community and establish regular catering gigs within your market. The bottom line…is that it will affect your bottom line.
